Furious 7 – Letty’s Fight Featurette

In one of the many behind the scenes looks at Fast and Furious 7, we get a in-depth look at one of the major fight sequences. Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) has to take on four other females including the mixed martial arts star Ronda Rousey. The short film gives an insight into the preparation, the choreography and the attention to detail that is required to make the sequence as action packed as possible.

Both Rodriguez and Rousey are familiar with working on fight sequences. Playing the part of Letty in five of the seven films has provided the opportunity for the character’s personality and skills to be expanded to the point where she can more than hold her own in a fight. Rousey, through her time in the UFC, is no stranger to spectacle and action and has previously featured in The Expendables 3 movie, but let’s not hold that against her.

Fast and Furious 7 is still in cinemas.
